Noisy Beast bolsters creative firepower with Nicole Klinakis, Gotham Pillai, Olivia Daniele and Coco Walsh joining the team

Noisy Beast has bolstered its creative team with the addition of Nicole Klinakis joining as Associate Creative Director and Gotham Pillai as Senior Copywriter.

Klinakis joins as Associate Creative Director after five years in New York, where she worked at Saatchi & Saatchi and VaynerMedia. Bringing a wealth of global experience and a fresh creative lens, Klinakis’ return to Australia marks a new era for the agency.

Pillai joins the agency, following stints at M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett, and three years at ACNE Creative in the UK.

Klinakis and Pillai join Olivia Daniele, Art Director, who came on board earlier this year from DDB Melbourne, and Coco Walsh, one of the standout candidates from Noisy Beast’s inaugural Elevator Pitch event—a testament to the agency’s commitment to fostering new talent.

Says Murray Bransgrove, Executive Creative Partner: “Ever since we bought the agency three years ago, we’ve been absolutely obsessed with giving our clients a bigger creative voice. Following our merge with iD Collective late last year, the opportunity has only grown. Our unique model requires unique creatives, and we’re continuing to build something incredibly special in the market.”

The partnership between Noisy Beast and iD Collective has allowed for a seamless fusion of creative, PR, content, and media expertise, giving clients an integrated powerhouse that delivers across all facets of brand building. This expansion underscores the agency’s ambition to push boundaries, ensuring its clients benefit from a more expansive and collaborative creative ecosystem.

Reflecting on her new role, Klinakis says: “I’m so excited to be back on Aussie soil and jumping in with the Noisy and iD teams. The agency has big ambitions, and I was really drawn to their energy. There’s heaps of opportunity to mentor, push the creative, and explore new markets—I’m really looking forward to what this year has in store for us.”

Adds Pillai: “I’m looking forward to making it even noisier with Muz and the lovely team.”

With the expansion of its creative department and the continued evolution of its integrated model with iD Collective, Noisy Beast is setting the stage for a powerful new chapter—one that amplifies creativity, strategic thinking, and industry-leading innovation.
