Multi award winning director Abe Forsythe signs with Sydney production company Jungleboys

Mulit award winning Director Abe Forsythe has signed with Jungleboys.

After writing, directing and starring in his first feature film at age 20 and then winning a Best Actor AFI for Marking Time, Forsythe has concentrated more and more on his passion for directing. His short film Being Carl Williams won Best Comedy at Tropfest in 2009 and the year after his film Shock won Best Film.

Forsythe has directed campaigns for Telstra, Master Card and the FFA while establishing strong relationships with agencies such as BMF and DDB.

“Abe is a brilliant comedy performance director and his background as an actor certainly helps. When we observed him directing the 2nd series of Laid (ABC 1), we could see why everyone was so impressed with him,” says Jungleboys’ executive producer Jason Burrows.
