Seriously good work Curious.
Saw this a few days ago….and still love it.
It’s crass, cheesey and tacky.
AND IT HAS PAUL HENRY 🙂
Top work that breaks the mould, compare it to the horrible Captain Disco one that Quaintass has, well actually that is a no brainer.
I do think though that this would get annoying if you fly a lot.
Oh dear. How awful. Catering to the childish and stupid just hit a new low.
I think it would get annoying if you fly on Air NZ once.
It would get annoying if you flew a little.
you’re a giraffe. funny shit
and someone was paid to write that?….oh god.
I would fly Garuda via Jarkarta than fly Air NZ and have to watch that.
If they can keep updating this, which no doubt they will, it’ll get more people actually watching the instructional video than tuning out. Great stuff.
Normally this blog is a place where you come to slag off good ads made by somebody else. But fuck me this is genuinely fucking terrible.
Maybe there is a niche this appeals to but even they’ll tell you it’s fucking lame.
Fuck ewes all. It’s awesome.
Always impressed with the whacky shit AIR NZ does with in flight videos.
t’s great. it’s an instructional video that actually makes you pay attention and laugh. Anyone who says otherwise is wrong.
The global press this is getting is crazy….Time, Wall Street Journal, CNN. It got noticed. Great PR.
American humor, you either love it or hate it!
Really?
Looks very 1980s, in both concept and execution.
Qantas never talk about their safety record, even though it is impressive (well, maybe before BA bought the airline).
Singapore Airlines train their flight attendants in martial arts. Yes, the sexy Singapore girl can serve coffee and subdue a hostile passenger in one clean motion. However, they have a strict policy of never talking about safety standards. Why?
Well maybe it’s a bad omen.
Then again, meybe it’s because when you start talking about safety, passengers also consider the dangers. And that’s not good for business (which is why the mandatory safety check is so boring and forgettable)
While we are on the subject of fitness and good health. Does anyone remember what Air New Zealand did to Ansett Australia? Let me jog your memory. They bought the airline, flew the planes to aukland and used them for spare parts and left the frequent flyers in Australia with bugger all. Maybe thay can make a video about that. I think Donald Trump would be a good presenter.
