A senior designer with the agency since 2008, Radman has been instrumental in developing brand identities for an array of 303 clients, including Red Rooster, TAB Player, Water Corporation, Edith Cowan University and the Art Gallery of Western Australia.

Radman’s recent ‘Totems’ campaign for the Perth International Arts Festival won in the Interactive and Digital category at the prestigious Create Design Awards 2011. She has also recently been appointed to the WA council for AGDA.

Alan Taylor, 303 Group managing director, said Radman was an exceptional talent.

“Melissa has been producing incredible work ever since she joined the agency. She has shown great maturity and leadership so it was a natural progression for her to step up and formally lead our expanding design team.”
