Melbourne indie DPR&Co announces a trio of promotions amidst a period of growth

Melbourne independent advertising agency DPR&Co is celebrating a period of growth with the announcement of three well-deserved promotions.

Highlighted by a flourishing digital department, Maddie Gaw and Maddy Gilfillan have both advanced to the role of digital marketing manager. Gaw’s promotion recognises her dedicated two-year tenure as a digital specialist, notably excelling in social media strategy and significantly enhancing client audience engagement.

Gilfillan’s elevation follows a year marked by impressive client expansion and successful outcomes in content and digital media.

Additionally, Bella Ninis from the agency’s accounts team has been promoted to account director, a testament to her professional evolution over the past three years. Working closely with group account director Leanne O’Connor, Ninis has demonstrated great client management skills and attention to detail.
