Maxxia unveils new national campaign ‘Electric Dreams’ via Studio Hoopla and Creativa
Creativa has partnered with Studio Hoopla to ignite Maxxia’s new national campaign ‘Electric Dreams’ for Australia’s largest salary packaging and novated leasing provider.
Dreaming electric? It’s time to make those dreams a reality, because there’s never been a better time to make the switch to electric – and there’s never been a better way to save than with a Maxxia novated lease.
With more demand and interest in electric cars than ever before, and with the Electric Car (EV) Discount, now is the best time to save money and take charge of your driving future.
This national campaign can be seen across On Demand streaming services, radio, DOOH and social, featuring Maxxia’s hero character, Jane, an everyday young woman who dreams of owning an electric car.
Viewers follow Jane as she practises plugging in her electric cord and talking to her car’s voice recognition software – on her couch.
Says Dana Newell, director: “There was a fine line with directing Lara’s performance. Between portraying her as fun, enthusiastic and genuinely excited for a new car, and completely bonkers and unrelatable to our audience. I think we found that line.”
Says Briony Cliffe, head of marketing for Maxxia: “For a long time electric cars have been out of reach for everyday Australians, but that is changing with the EV Discount that the Australian Government introduced last December. We were thrilled to take this message out in a fun and engaging way with the help of Creativa and Studio Hoopla and hope Australians will see how their dream of an electric car can now be their reality.”
