MAGGI Fusian Pad Thai launched with a new ‘Caution’ campaign via Publicis Mojo, Sydney
MAGGI Fusian Pad Thai, a new product from Nestlé Foods Division, has been launched with a new ‘Caution’ campaign via Publicis Mojo, Sydney.
The product is aimed at busy teens and young adults looking for something quick and convenient between meals.
Says Foods Head of Marketing at Nestlé, Sibon Schouten: “The launch of new MAGGI Fusian Pad Thai is a great opportunity for us to broaden the taste and flavor experiences for more people to enjoy within the category. Having only launched in 2011, it was important we continued to build and solidify the brand’s identity through a campaign that had real standout and a fresh approach for an exciting food brand. We feel the “Caution” campaign really hits the mark in achieving this.”
The idea was brought to life in three chaotic, explosive posters full of fantasy and flavour, created in collaboration with world-renowned artist Laurindo Feliciano.
Says Michael Dole, Creative Director of Publicis Mojo, Sydney: “The guys have worked really hard to create a great and unusual campaign for our target market. We were incredibly lucky to work with Laurindo, who added his own brilliant ideas and imagination to bring the concept to life. God only knows what goes on in his head.”
The OOH campaign is supported by a multi-touchpoint channel plan which includes digital and in-store activations.

Oh dear. They’d better get that new ncd in quick.
Always good to see a bad nestle ad. Hopefully means they’ll sell less of their horrible products.
Fusian clearly causes brain rot.
I’d take the guy in the big chicken outfit any day.
Orientialism is still alive and well in mainstream Australia then.
might cause epileptic shock!!!
Looks great. Congrats Oskar and Sam!
Fucking appalling.

Cool. Well cool for Nestlé.
Not bad by Nestle standards – which is not saying much of course. At least it is visually interesting.
But the whole ‘caution’ thing implies a hot curry, or does to me anyway. Pad Thai is a mild, un-spiced dish. or at least it is supposed to be. Struggling to see the product truth here.
