LinkedIn has launched a new campaign in Australia, which aims to encourage Aussie professionals to embrace bold career moves in 2025. The ‘Gutsy Moves’ campaign is being rolled out across LinkedIn and TikTok, and taps into the growing desire among Aussies to explore new job opportunities.
Building on LinkedIn’s Jobs on the Rise research, which highlights emerging career trends, the campaign sees radio personality Mitch Churi hit the streets of Sydney and spark conversations about job aspirations. Inspired by the game of Truth or Dare, Churi challenges Aussies to step out of their comfort zones and take the next leap in their careers.
LinkedIn’s latest research reveals that nearly 3 in 5 Australians (59%) plan to look for a new job in 2025, highlighting a significant shift in career ambitions. While Australians are known for their bold, ‘can-do’ attitude, the campaign raises the question: does this fearless spirit extend to career choices?
