Leo Burnett, Sydney and GIO cover the details
GIO has launched a new, fully integrated campaign which uses a combination of charming animation and poetic language to bring to life the brand proposition ‘We Cover Details’. The campaign is GIO’s first since appointing agency Leo Burnett in May.
GIO has been working to deliver something unique in the insurancemarket. Michael Cook, executive manager GIO Marketing explains: “GIOstands out from the pack because of our approach to our customers andtheir needs. Swedish animatorsAgainst All Odds, in collaboration with Melbourne based XYZ Studios, created a visual style unique to GIO.

Top darts Against All Odds and XYZ. Great to see cutting edge 3D has evolved to the point that it can actually be afforded by marketers, not just filmmakers.
Brilliant spot. Top end 3D work, looks incredible and pretty damn bold for an insurance company. Finally!
Cool. Sweet animation.
They wouldn’t do that when we had them the cunts.
Very good evolution from the existing campaign. And nice tone, even if in an insurance way.
It really wants me to give this advertising caper away and become an insurence man.

Love when the new agency does good work. Makes us all feel maybe clients are more switched on than we think.
