Jerome Gaslain returns to OZ for growth creation partner role at The Works; Iggy Rodriguez departs after over two years as ECD

The Works, part of Capgemini has announced the appointment of Jerome Gaslain as its newest addition to the partner team in the newly created role of growth creation partner.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, both here in Australia and throughout Europe, Gaslain brings a wealth of knowledge to the newly created role.
Renowned for his visionary approach and unparalleled expertise in driving brand growth through digital innovation, Gaslain arrives at The Works having worked on brands like Coke Zero, Nike, Gucci, Levi’s, Oppo, Disney, Apple, Toyota, and Vodafone. He has recently returned from 4 years working at AKQA Amsterdam and The&Partnership in London.

The agency has also confirmed that after over two years with the agency executive creative director and creative partner Iggy Rodriguez (pictured below) has departed.
Rodriguez joined The Works in October 2021 from R/GA California where he was group creative director. Prior to R/GA, Rodriguez was creative director at McCann, creative group head at Leo Burnett and has also held multiple positions across agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Sydney and Ogilvy Sydney.
A spokesperson from the agency stated: “As part of our ongoing efforts to align with evolving market demands and the needs of our clients, the decision was made to relook at certain areas of our agency. [Rodriguez] was an integral part of our team and we extend our sincerest thanks for his craft, smarts, and contributions during his time at The Works.”
