Jade Clark joins Clemenger BBDO Sydney from Lavender in head of customer experience role
Clemenger BBDO Sydney has announced the appointment of Jade Clark as head of customer experience (CX).
Clark joins from Lavender, where she led the agency’s CX work for NBN Co as group business head. Throughout her career, Clark has worked across a number of large local and international brands including Westpac, Telstra, IKEA, Bupa, American Express and Hendricks Gin, among others.
Says Emily Perrett, managing director, Clemenger BBDO Sydney: “It’s incredibly exciting to have Jade join our team and expand our capability and service offering in the CX space as we continue to evolve our business model.”
