peroni.jpgPremium Italian beer, Peroni has released its global advertising campaign in Australia, Autunno/Inverno (Autumn/Winter) developed by UK advertising agency, The Bank.

The TVC’s short film features Italy’s triple-platinum recording artist Mario Biondi’s interpretation of the hit Get Ready, encouraging Australians to adopt the Italian way of embracing the colder months in a social way, with great food and Peroni never too far away.

peroni 2.jpgAutunno/Inverno is a step away from the previous Peroni Blue Ribbon campaigns, which saw the brand cement it’s positioning of Italian style to the audience. This new film invites people to engage with the brand on a deeper level as it transports viewers to the snowy mountains of Cortina d’Ampezza.

The TVC features Peroni’s signature beautiful models leaving Milan in classic style and making the most of the short winter days in the vibrant and social snow destination.

Says Richard Oppy, GMM International Beer at CUB: “This new campaign is about making the connection between Australians and the Italian lifestyle and attitude where winter is as good a time as any to enjoy a crisp and refreshing Peroni with friends.”

Autunno/Inverno is the first in a series of short films for the Peroni Seasons Campaign, which will see the brand transport audiences to locations throughout Europe.

Set to hit the market on Monday 2 July, the 60-second Peroni Autumn/Winter campaign will come alive on cinema screens, with a collection of print advertisements across titles including Harper’s BAZAAR, men’s style and Fairfax’s the (sydney) magazine and the (melbourne) magazine.

Large size prints of the campaign will also be seen across major billboards in cities, including: Sydney: Taylor Square, Glebe Island Silos, Kings Cross, Airport, Cahill Expressway and cnr George Street and Broadway. Melbourne: Fitzroy Street, cnr Bridge and Punt Rd, cnr Swanston and La Trobe and the airport. Brisbane: Lower North Story Bridge, Queen Street, cnr Shaftson Ave, Lytton & Wellington Roads and the airport.
