Humble and Anglicare deliver an emotional tribute to personalised aged care

Humble Productions has unveiled a moving new film for Anglicare Residential Aged Care, bringing to life the deeply personal experience of transitioning to residential aged care with a story of love, loss, and an uplifting surprise.

At the heart of the campaign is a dramatisation of a true story – one that follows a woman as she prepares to say goodbye to her cherished home and belongings, including her beloved grand piano. But while she braces for this difficult change, her family and the Anglicare residential care team work quietly behind the scenes to ensure that one thing, the joy of music, remains with her.

The film highlights Anglicare’s commitment to Aged Care that’s Personal, demonstrating the thoughtful touches that make all the difference in this life transition.

Says Stacie Chalmers, Marketing Manager, Anglicare Sydney: “Moving into residential aged care is an emotional time for everyone involved. This campaign beautifully captures the heart of what we do – creating a space where people feel at home, respected and loved.”

Says Duncan Shields, CD, Humble: “Brynn, myself and the whole team were very conscious that this story needed to be told with care and authenticity. We wanted to reflect the weight of the moment but also the beauty in how personalised care can transform it into something truly special.”

Running across broadcast VOD, digital and social channels, the campaign seeks to reshape perceptions of aged care – showing that in the right hands, change can be met with comfort, dignity and joy.
