HoMedics massages sales with a new TV campaign via Wilson Everard Advertising
HoMedics has launched a new campaign on Pay TV to promote its foot, neck and back massagers. Created by Wilson Everard Creative Directors Jeremy Wynne and Justin Groves, the campaign features three 15 sec TVC’s with a simple, memorable twist.
“Getting noticed in the aggressive retail market is harder than ever, particularly in the area of electrical goods where everyone is slashing prices and producing TV ads that scream at the public. Since the launch of the campaign, we’ve heard that people have been specifically mentioning the ads when they’ve gone in store to buy the product.” said HoMedics boss Paul Harrison.
“It’s just the kind of cut-through we were looking for. As a company that’s constantly improving and updating its product line-up, it’s also good to know that the commercials have been designed to accommodate new product models as they come along.”
The TVC’s directed by Ernie Clark and produced by Emily Green through Spirit Films with sound by Phil Kenihan of Front of House.

seriously?
haha made my day
every time an ad like this goes to air a creative dies.
Note to CD.
Before PR-ing the work, give it the overnight test.
If it still smells like a Mumbai dunny a day later – in all likelihood – it really does stink. Don’t send it.
Just don’t.
Let your creative anonymity be a blessing.
Wow, where to start? I deleted something much worse than I’ll write now because perhaps it was a little harsh…but seriously WFT?
Forget how bad it is (and it is, bloody hell it’s bad, up there in the running for the worst this year)) why PR this shit? How many people with no idea were involved in this?
How’d it get past the work experience receptionist?
im with Ben. Let’s nominate this sucker for worst ad for the year.
Stinks worse than my feet.
