Hall of Good 2025: Dentsu, NOVA, Katherine Pochroj and Engine’s Bravehearts campaign recognised at 7th annual UnLtd: Big Dream event

The 7th annual UnLtd: Big Dream event brought together over 650 leaders and changemakers across the media, marketing and creative industries in Melbourne to celebrate and showcase the positive impact our industry is generating to support young people at risk.
The inductees to the Hall of Good were revealed at the event with Dentsu and NOVA winning the Good Company category, Katherine Pochroj from EssenceMediacom awarded as the Social Change Maker and ‘Grooming Hides Behind Harmless’ campaign launched earlier this year by Engine and Wavemaker for Bravehearts selected as the Campaign for Good.
Says Nicole Bence, Chief Commercial Officer at NOVA Entertainment: “We’re so proud to be recognised in the Hall of Good as a Good Company. At NOVA, doing good isn’t something we do on the side — it’s part of who we are. Every team and every person plays a role in using our platforms, creativity and community connections to make a positive impact. It’s a real honour to be recognised alongside so many other incredible businesses who are using their influence to do good and drive change. This recognition is a celebration of the heart and purpose that runs through everything we do.”
Says Jade Harley, Director of Impact at UnLtd: “This year’s submissions were bold, brave and deeply impactful. They prove that when our industry channels its creativity for good, we can raise awareness, shift perceptions and protect those most vulnerable. The Bravehearts campaign is a standout – arming parents with the tools to safeguard children from sexual abuse. Congratulations to all the winners and finalists for using your skills and platforms to drive real change.”
Guests also took part in a powerful immersive experience, stepping into the shoes of young people facing homelessness and impossible choices. The experience offered a sobering glimpse into the challenges many young Australians face daily. The guests also heard from brave young people with lived experience of homelessness, sharing their stories and messages of resilience and hope.

Says UnLtd CEO Philippa Moig: “I was deeply moved by the energy, generosity and passion in the room as we came together to reignite a movement for change. My heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the event and to our courageous lived-experience speakers, whose stories reminded us why we do this work -because every young person deserves the chance to dream big and thrive. There are big issues to tackle but we have bold plans ahead, and I’m excited about the incredible potential our industry has to change futures for generations to come.”
The evening also featured vibrant sponsor activations, including welcome cocktails by MiQ and Pernod Ricard, a glitter bar by oOh!media, and a fashion photo shoot by Val Morgan Cinema. The night concluded with guests dancing the night away with an energetic set by Sweet Mix Kids.
Big Dream was kindly sponsored by MiQ, oOh!media, Val Morgan Cinema, Magnite, Pernod Ricard, Corsa, David Jones Amplify and Damm Fine Food.
