I believe the rather more entertaining Chandon Pictures has been nominated for Best Comedy Television Series. Well done Rusty.
Someones clock’s wrong….or greidy really is ahead of us all
Is it me or are the constant references to :30 Seconds wearing a bit thin now.
Think about it – it’s a TV series written by some ad guys. Great, sure, but on that basis, every kids book, Peter Carey and Bryce Courtenay novel should also be reported.
Good to see a few of us ‘ad men’ being recognised by the AFI. It obviously boosts the careers of those involved (well done fellas) but also provides a shot in the arm for the ad industry as a whole. It seems everyones a winner.
I still prefer Hey Dad!
That’s it, I’m getting into TV. Advertising’s way too hard 🙂
Well done monkeys.
Well done monkeys.
That’ll show all those anonymous whingers.
Personally, I think it’s about as funny as a migraine, but the masses seem to like it and I guess that’s the main thing eh?
I’m not entirely convinced that this reflects anything on the ad industry. It seems to be a success, full stop. Do you really think that Brett Whiteleys art, or Peter Careys writing reflect well on you? Give it up & go finish the brochure…..
Even brochures win at Cannes 1:54.
But I agree with your sentiment entirely.
