GrowthOps announces merger of Khemistry and GO Digital
GrowthOps has today announced the merger of Khemistry and GO Digital, as well as the creation of a specialist performance marketing business, to best meet current and future clients’ needs.
Led by managing director Susan Lyons and general manager Jo Millington, the Khemistry and GO Digital merger brings together world-class services and people across the full spectrum of creative, marketing and digital.
The creation of a new specialist performance marketing business, led by Neguin Farhangmehr also bolsters and unifies some of the Group’s key capabilities.
Says Clint Cooper, CEO, GrowthOps: “Client wins led to a proactive review of our structure to best service client needs. It’s a strategic restructure that represents the beginning of a new era for GrowthOps.
“While there’s already extensive collaboration across the Group, particularly between Khemistry and GO Digital, the changes announced today will provide clients with a truly seamless experience.”
As a unified entity under the Khemistry name, GrowthOps is combining the strategic, creative and production capabilities of Khemistry with the technology, customer experience and research centre of GO Digital.
The new, dedicated Australian-based performance marketing business is being created by GrowthOps to bring together the Group’s award winning services in affiliate marketing, paid media, SEO, SMS and email.
It is a comprehensive digital marketing solution to generate greater growth for the Group’s clients, and align more closely with GrowthOps Asia’s performance marketing business.
The restructure is effective 1 July 2023, and will not result in any redundancies.

Yay Jake
wow fantastic opp for their clients
But…..they used to be the same, then split. Now back together. Not really big news other than further evidence the company can’t work itself out.
You’ve clearly been keeping tabs on them then?
So you’re either bitter or jealous
Which one is it?
these guys change names more than I change my undergarments
Impressed by the amount of corporate waffle in the press release.
