Gordon Legal launches new integrated personal injury campaign via By All Means

One of Australia’s foremost law firms Gordon Legal has unveiled a new multi channel personal injury campaign.

The new campaign, which includes film, digital, web and social is the work of creative agency By All Means and was informed via collaborative discussions with the Gordon Legal team and Principle Media Group.

Gordon Legal is an independent partnership founded in 2009 by Peter Gordon, offering personal injury law, class actions and industrial law, personal law and commercial litigation. With decades of experience Gordon and his team of lawyers have an unrivalled record of fighting for justice for working people. Gordon himself has spearheaded a number of the most high profile social justice cases in Australia’s history (including the Thalidomide and Robodebt class action lawsuits).

Says Gordon: “It was important to show people what is at our core: talented, experienced lawyers who have a passionate and empathetic approach to people suffering a personal injury.”

Says Andrew Grech, partner, Gordon Legal: “We are really happy with the campaign and what it evokes, in a refreshing marriage of strategy and creativity. It reflects our essence and approach in an empathetic way. It’s certainly one of the best I’ve seen in my 35 years of experience.”

Says Kerri O’Toole, head of marketing and communications, Gordon Legal: “We’ve been collaborating all year with the By All Means team, first on developing a sound strategy and then on developing and delivering creative that has been challenging in its originality. It’s not only a great result, but the journey with the team has been enjoyable, even though bringing the idea to life required patience and trust.”

Says Georgie Pownall, managing partner, By All Means: “We’ve loved working with the Gordon Legal team, and it was great that they invested time and headspace with us to get the strategic approach to this campaign correct, to set us up for the best creative outcome.”

Says Toby Cummings, creative partner at By All Means: “It’s always a challenge bringing an original idea to life, but we had a fantastic team of production partners who were all excited by the idea and jumped in head first with us. We’re thrilled with the result, and think it sets a new standard for the category.”
