Gardner departs chairman role at Grey – but will “maintain involvement with a number of clients”
CB Exclusive – CB can reveal that, after nineteen years at Grey, chairman Paul Gardner will step down from the day-to-day operations of the Australian and New Zealand business – effective immediately.
In a note to Grey staffers, Gardner says: “As befits this transition, which will begin effective immediately, I will no longer be located in the Grey Melbourne office but still maintain my involvement with a number of clients, projects and initiatives.
“Can I thank you for all of your help, support and friendship over my Grey ‘journey’ and, in many cases, even longer. I look forward to catching up with your shortly and more personally thanking you…maybe even over a beer at Oddfellows (which is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday…bookings not essential).”
