Gabriel Gasparinatos signs with Revolver

Revolver has announced the signing of Gabriel Gasparinatos.

An electrifying emerging voice in Australian film, his work is dynamic, authentic, and provocative.

His debut documentary feature, Netflix Original commission ‘ONEFOUR: Against all Odds’ premiered at SXSW Sydney in October 2023. Praised by audiences and critics alike, the film shot to the top three films streamed on Netflix Australia upon release.

An uncompromising work, the film is immersive, objective and raw as it follows drill rap group ONEFOUR, their rise to fame and ongoing conflict with Police as it unfolds.

Margaret Pomeranz described the work as, ‘an incendiary and powerful film that provokes both outrage and compassion. A cautionary tale for those of us opposed to censorship and discriminatory police powers.’

Commercially, Gasparinatos’ work has spanned clients like Adidas, Beats by Dre and Google amongst others and he has directed highly celebrated music videos for the likes of artists like Baker Boy and Tkay Maidza.
