Exclusive: ALDI launches new ‘Everyone is a winner’ integrated campaign with via BMF
CB Exclusive: BMF has launched a new campaign for ALDI with Jimmy Masters, motivational speaker and ALDI Awards’ spokesperson. With layers of spray tan and a toothy smile, Jimmy shows everyone how they can achieve that winning feeling simply through purchasing any of ALDI’s 150 award winning products.
ALDI Awards aims to demonstrate that quality is not compromised by their low prices. Plus, their awards are of the highest calibre, including Choice, Canstar Blue Most Satisfied Customers Awards and fine food awards such as Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Show, Melbourne Fine Food Awards and Royal Queensland Food & Wine Show.
Says Alex Booker and Philip Sicklinger, creative directors for ALDI: “It’s important for people to know ALDI isn’t just low prices, but outstanding quality as well. We can personally testify that after spending time with Jimmy and eating ALDI award winning products while working on the campaign, we feel like winners ourselves.”
Says Sam Viney, ALDI spokesperson: “If the advertising industry has taught us one thing, it’s that you can never have too many awards. This campaign celebrates our array of award winning products, in a unique and entertaining way.”
The campaign launched last Thursday & runs across media planned and bought by Maxus. There will be a series of TV spots to air in stages over the coming weeks. TV will be supported heavily by cinema, outdoor, radio, website (www.aldi.com.au/winning), digital display, in store POS & catalogue.
