EPA.jpgEPA Victoria has this month launched its new website in conjunction with leading digital agency, Reactive.

The new-look site offers comprehensive navigation to house a variety of EPA content, plus easier ways for Victorians to report pollution, and enhanced search systems across EPA’s extensive database. The site is also compatible with multiple devices for ultimate accessibility.

The EPA’s former website included more than 1100 pages of content, with 2100 documents throughout it.

Says Tim O’Neill, co-founder and joint managing director, Reactive: “Now, the site has just 370 pages, and with new functionality, the EPA site is now more accessible and better serves the public while fulfilling compliance requirements.”

Reactive was chosen by EPA due to their comprehensive and results-driven approach to the redesign as well as their significant experience in building successful sites, especially in the Government sector.

Says O’Neill: “We are pleased with the outcomes of the new EPA website, which is built on Sitecore, a powerful content management system.

“The site rebuild included extensive consultation with EPA audiences, to develop an exciting online presence for EPA.

“We look forward to an ongoing, long-term relationship with EPA, leveraging our extensive digital experience to assist EPA as Victoria’s environmental regulator.”

The appointment follows a competitive tendering process by EPA. Reactive was again appointed to the Victorian Government’s eServices Panel which provides expert advice and support services to Victorian government agencies.

Reactive has been a member of the panel since it was established in 2003, and was reappointed after a tender process in 2011. Reactive are proud to have been reselected based on the strength of its applauded digital work for the Victorian Government.
