Dig adds creative duo Nicole Conway and Tim Batterham to its senior creative team

Independent creative agency Dig is turning up the heat with the addition of Nicole Conway and Tim Batterham to its senior creative team.

Known for their award-winning work and out-of-the-box thinking, this dynamic duo is set to bring their high-calibre talent and strategic smarts to Dig’s already buzzing creative department.

Conway and Batterham have been creative partners for over a decade, beginning their journey in the creative department at JWT, where they honed their skills on the Nestlé account. After JWT, they spent two years at Archibald Williams (now AW), followed by a year at Mullen Lowe Profero, where they helped establish the agency’s creative offering.

Prior to Dig, they spent nearly four years at M&C Saatchi, leading a variety of major brand retail campaigns. While there, they spearheaded the BIG W account and played a pivotal role in developing the successful ‘More for less’ retail platform. The duo have freelanced at several renowned agencies including VML, Dreamhouse Labs, Edge and The Core Agency and most recently Havas Host.

At Dig, Conway and Batterham will work across the agency’s impressive portfolio of brands including Australian Pork, Mitre 10, The Bottle-O, Cellarbrations, 3M, A2 Milk, Bulla, and RACV, to name a few.

Says David Joubert, CCEO, Dig: “From the moment I met Nic and Tim, I knew they were the perfect fit for Dig. They’re sharp, strategic, and simply ooze creativity. Having them on board is going to be brilliant.”

Conway and Batterham are equally thrilled to dive into their new roles saying: “We’ve been admiring Dig’s work from afar for a while now. It’s hard not to notice when an agency is on an upward trajectory. Joining this team and roster of clients feels like the perfect creative playground. We’re hyped to make great work together and help continue the agency’s growth.”

With their feet firmly on the ground, Conway and Batterham are ready to take Dig’s creative vision to the next level.
