Cricket Australia & Reactive’s KFC T20 Big Bash League web site wins Sitecore’s Site of the Year

cricket.jpgCricket Australia and global digital agency Reactive, announced today that the KFC T20 Big Bash League web site has been named the Sitecore Site of the Year in Australia

The site was also the Australian Sitecore People’s Choice Winner. Sitecore’s Site of the Year awards recognise organisations that leverage Sitecore’s technology to develop an outstanding web presence and deliver engaging digital experiences that increase marketing performance.

In addition to the two awards for Cricket Australia, Reactive was awarded with two further category wins for clients Chisholm Institute and the Australian National Maritime Museum. The Sitecore Site of the Year winners were selected based on each company’s use of Sitecore’s Web CMS and digital marketing system to deliver more effective business processes. The Sitecore judges considered creativity, integration, overall user experience and the ability to educate, inform and motivate.

For Cricket Australia, Reactive was able to utilise Sitecore’s multi-site functionality to bring all of the Big Bash Leagues’ Web & mobile assets onto a single platform. The result is eight visually distinctive BBL team Web sites that are all part of one back-end platform.
