The guy in the picture might be a lovely bloke and may be highly intelligent, but he does look a little out of place on a creative blog.
OMG now there’s a style queen on this blog.
the guy in the photo (Anthony Goldman if you can read) looks smart, professional and means Business. he looks GREAT and not like the common, tragically hip, so called ‘creative’ hack in dirty jeans, t-shirt, and thongs.
what did you wear to work today?
Holy fuck, 7:04 PM
CB blog is a creative blog. It’s about creative work and the people who make it. I don’t really give a shit about a new client services general manager at a CRM shop. The guy may be smarter than me, more highly paid than me and even have superior dress sense. I just don’t care. Maybe I should. I know data is the new black in advertising and I should, therefore, know who’s who in that particular zoo. That’s why I flick B&T every now and then.
Jeans, thongs and a white Bonds t-shirt if you must know. I looked pretty average to be honest. But I was safely hidden away from clients today. Otherwise, I’d have ditched the t-shirt and thongs and maybe brought my suit jacket and shirt. You know the look.
Wow. How many wankers does it take to make an ad industry?!
im hearing you 10pm.
if most folk that read this blog are honest, they’ll admit to doing a double-take at a pic & article that’s as dynamic as a cheese slice sandwich (& i like cheese slice sandwiches). to put it plainly, this isnt the forum for new client services & database manager hires.
boring…..who cares
I know (and work with) Anthony and what you can’t see from that photo is that he is wearing nothing but a G-string below the photo line. He, and his mum, have also assured me he is the most creative guy they know
Looks like ‘ tall poppy syndrome’ has reared its ugly head again.
well done
