Circles.Life appoints HERO as its new creative agency following a competitive pitch process

Telecommunication company Circles.Life, one of Asia’s leading digital telco, has announced national independent agency, HERO as its partner to evolve the brand within the Australian market.
The competitive pitch was an integrated response and saw HERO agency win the regional and local remit to define their global brand strategy and creative platform.
Partnering with HERO made sense for the brand given their wealth of experience in Australia, says Ajay Sampath, global head of brand marketing, Circles.Life: “We were looking for a best-in-class agency that could offer a wealth of experience in brand strategy and creative services and help to grow our brand in the Australian market. We were really impressed with the level of knowledge and creative experience HERO had and we are excited to partner with them for our next chapter.”
Says Roshni Hegerman, managing director, HERO: “We are excited to partner with Cirlces.Life to rapidly grow their brand in the Australian market, off the back of the company’s vast success across Asia. We’re looking forward to bringing our unmatched expertise in the brand and creative landscape to Circles.Life; to help propel them into the local Australian market and be a part of their growth trajectory into the future.”
Circles.Life is a tech company leading the digital transformation of the telco industry through its next-gen cloud-native, full-stack digital telco operating system. This allows Circles.Life to deliver exceptional customer experience, speed to market and product innovation while keeping overheads low, allowing it to offer some of the best telco plans in the market.
Circles.Life revolutionized the telco landscape in Singapore when it launched in 2016, achieving the highest net promoter score and a record high market share for a digital telco. It is now aiming to replicate the success in Australia where it runs on the Optus Mobile Network, with 4G Plus coverage available to 97.3% of the Australian population and 3G coverage to 98.5% of the population.
The Circles.Life appointment caps off a number of recent high-profile new business wins for HERO, including Henkel, Toyota, Microsoft, Maybelline New York and v2food.

Second creative agency appointment in six months…we should work better as an industry to protect eachother from clients like these.
There’s something about Telco clients like these every agency should be afraid of. Vodafone and Circles Life.
As @burnt said there is job to do by Procurement companies to keep these clients from hurting agencies. To the agency who.are not Hero…you dodged a bullet. To Hero….best of luck.
Good luck Hero!
Only advice I could give you is …. get paid upfront!
Don’t do it H
This client is amazing.
Their tech stack is revolutionary and they are going to transform the landscape of Australian telco through a “Genzennial at the core” strategy.
This will be a wonderful brand and experience for both Hero and young Australians.
Hello client!
Literally the worst client I have ever worked on, and that is saying something.
Nice bit of astroturfing. But Perhaps we should just wait 6 months and review the progress. Hopefully the experience will be good for all. Client reputation aside the market for digital telcos is very small and promiscuous.
