After two years in the role CHEP Network CEO Justin Hind set to depart to launch new agency
After two years in the role CHEP Network CEO Justin Hind is set to depart Clemenger Group to launch a new agency.
Hind joined CHEP two years ago, which saw him return to the Clemenger Group, 20 years after he started his agency career at Clemenger Proximity in Brisbane before moving to Sydney in 2001.
Prior to CHEP, Hind was CEO and co-founder of the multi-award winning WiTH Collective that he started with his wife Dominique in 2010, which quickly grew to become one of the most progressive and forward-thinking agencies in Australia and New Zealand before it was acquired by Dentsu Inc. in 2016.
Says Les Timar, CEO, Clemenger Group: “Justin has done a great job in leading and evolving CHEP Network over the past couple of years – rebranding the agency, repositioning its capabilities, recruiting outstanding people into the team and bringing a rigorous management approach to the agency.
“He has played an important role in enhancing all aspects of the agency – an unparalleled suite of capabilities, outstanding people, the calibre of its client base and the creativity, sophistication and quality of its work.
“Justin should be justifiably proud of what’s been achieved at CHEP under his leadership and we wish him the best for the next chapter of his career.
“We’re well-advanced in our process to appoint a world-class leader for CHEP and expect to make an announcement on this soon. Justin will remain with the agency as it transitions to new leadership, working alongside the senior leadership team led by Gavin McLeod, Andrew Drougas, Lilian Sor, Jonny Berger and Caitlin Burgess.”

I never understood all the hype around WiTH Collective. I can’t recall any great work coming out of there?
I think they won most of their awards for the tech work they did early on. The creative stuff that came later was average.
Great news, let’s touch base soon
