Cha time appoints The Sphere Agency to launch new content platform in the Aussie marketplace
The Sphere Agency has been appointed by Cha time to reposition the brand in the Australian marketplace. Cha time is a global teahouse chain operating in 26 countries around the world with over 1,100 locations. The brand has 68 t-breweries (aka stores) in Australia and has aggressive expansion plans over the next five years.

They are creating a brand platform for us that will educate all audiences to try a more exciting iced tea. Australians love iced tea, but have never fully embraced the bubble tea craze simply because many don’t realise that it’s just iced tea with a fun and fresh twist.”
The ‘You’ve never had iced tea like this before’ content platform will re-introduce audiences to Cha time’s range of iced teas across print, t-breweries, social media, activations, PR and a TVC airing nationally. The brand will also launch a revised, streamlined menu and new t-brewery designs to coincide with the campaign launch, designed to make the ordering process simpler for new customers.
