Caterpillar launches new global campaign for its VisionLink telematics platform via DPR&Co

DPR&Co has partnered with Caterpillar to deliver a new global campaign for its VisionLink telematics platform.
VisionLink is fleet management technology that provides construction equipment owners access to machine performance data that can help them make informed decisions and take action.
Said DPR&Co co-founder Richard Ralphsmith, “When you’re developing communications aimed at business owners whose budgets can be in the tens of millions, you need to work with great rigour. But that doesn’t mean that B2B has to be Boring2Boring. This idea has captured the imaginations of Caterpillar fleet owners globally.”
The campaign is running in Europe, the Middle East, SE Asia ANZ, China, Japan and North America. It has been translated into 10 languages so far.

Hate to say it but this was a gift of a brief – although no idea what the client’s like.
But getting to do an ad for the big yellow machines that every little boy dreams of, with an actual USP – does that even happen anymore?
