Campaign Edge ECD and founding partner Dee Madigan to MC 2025 Women in Media Oration

Award-winning creative director and political commentator Dee Madigan will take the mic as MC of the 2025 Women in Media Oration, to be delivered by Australia’s favourite comedian and writer Kitty Flanagan, on Wednesday 28 May in Sydney.

Madigan has over 25 years’ experience in marketing and media, and is Executive Creative Director of Campaign Edge, a leading creative advertising agency with offices throughout Australia. Dee can claim she has “worked on almost every major Australian brand,” and is a regular guest on ABC’s Gruen and Seven’s Sunrise. Her energy, creative flair, and deep understanding of media and messaging make her a natural fit for this role.

The Women in Media Oration is an annual event that spotlights influential voices and pressing issues in the media landscape. This year’s keynote speaker, Kitty Flanagan, will bring her trademark wit and razor-sharp observations to a room of journalists, creatives, producers and communicators from across the industry.

The event will raise funds for Women in Media’s targeted programs supporting career development, safety, and leadership pathways for women working in all areas of media.
