Bullfrog adds five senior leadership hires and new head office in Cremorne, Melbourne

Bullfrog, the independent creative agency has announced a string of senior leadership hires while also welcoming them to its new Melbourne headquarters located at 69 Cremorne Street, Cremorne.
Coinciding with significant new business momentum, Tim Shelley, Jo Hardy, Ben Thomas, Tiffany Clark, and Mark Taylor have all joined the agency. These appointments will see Bullfrog continue to offer the very best in creative and strategic expertise to help their clients generate an unfair share of attention within the Australian market.

Bullfrog has bolstered its team with five new senior leaders.
Tim Shelley brings more than 14 years of experience to his new role as Bullfrog’s creative director. Over his career in Australia and the United States, Shelley has delivered globally recognised brand and experience projects for the likes of Google, Levi’s, Honda, Strava and more. Most notably, his work as creative director at AKQA San Francisco contributed to IBM being recognised in Fast Company’s 2019 Innovation by Design Awards.
Jo Hardy has been appointed Bullfrog’s head of account management following 15 years of holding account
director and group business director roles across some of the biggest advertising groups in Australia, New Zealand, and the Unites States of America. Over her career, Hardy has been unwavering in her commitment to deliver forward thinking campaigns for her clients during her time at Publicis New York, JWT, TBWA, Noisy Beast Melbourne, Colenso BBDO and The Monkeys Auckland.
Tiffany Clark joins Bullfrog as its head of people. Throughout her career, Clark has worked with various internationally based organisations that operate within the education, hospitality, and gaming industries. Her brand experience covers the likes of Galaxy Entertainment Group, JW Marriott and the Ritz Carlton and she was chief of staff at VAMP, one of Australia’s most prominent digital influencer and content platforms. Clark’s experience provides a broad understanding of business operations, including HR management and people strategy development. In her role as head of Ppeople, Clark strives to deliver an exceptional “people first” environment and team member journey.
With his most recent role as associate strategy director at MUH-TAY-ZIK / HOF-FER in San Francisco, Ben Thomas joins the Bullfrog family as its new strategy director. Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge across a vast number of industries, ranging from luxury automotive to cybersecurity start-ups.
With more than 15 years of experience across senior account service and production positions, Mark Taylor joins
Bullfrog Media as executive producer. Taylor has previously worked with leading retailers and grocery clients Coles, Optus and JB Hi-Fi. He has also flexed his artistic talents in the production space, having produced music for prominent Australian and New Zealand artists like Kimbra, Vera Blue and the Thundamentals.
These latest appointments follow a wave of new hirers at Bullfrog. The agency has seen a rapid increase in their employee base – from 5 people when they first started, to a dynamic team of 36 today – after a surge in business growth.

As well as an expanding team, Bullfrog moved into its new home at 69 Cremorne Street, Cremorne in June 2022. Affectionately named “The Pond”, the new head office has been designed with function, collaboration, and relaxation at its core.
The new location features multiple meeting rooms and break out hubs, a podcast studio, full production studio capabilities including two edit suits, a voice over booth and a cyclorama.
