Brigitte Bayard and Duncan Bell join Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s planning department
Clemenger BBDO has welcomed two new recruits to its planning department, with Brigitte Bayard joining as planning director and Duncan Bell as senior planner.
Bayard joins from J. Walter Thompson Melbourne where she was a strategy director, prior to which she spent a number of years at AJF Melbourne. Throughout her career, Bayard has worked on a number of Effie award winning campaigns for clients including Officeworks, the Australian National Preventive Health Agency and Leggo’s.
Bell joins the agency from Forward Scout in Sydney, where he spent a number of years as a brand strategist.
Says Alex Roper, head of planning, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne: “In Brigitte and Duncan, we have two brilliant, modern planners who are well placed to tackle the unique and changing nature of the problems our clients face.
“Brigitte has a world-class track record for effectiveness and delivering results for government, retail, auto and FMCG clients, including the successful re-invigoration of the Leggo’s brand, in addition to generating continued growth for Australian retail darling, Officeworks.
“Duncan’s consultative approach and desire to deeply understand a problem through intelligent use of insights is incredibly refreshing and makes him a great asset for taking on the complexities our biggest clients face. He’s put this passion to work on the launch of Kayo Sports, Racing Victoria’s Spring Carnival and the Bendigo Bank brand, among others. We’re thrilled to be able to bolster our department with two of the best in Brigitte and Duncan.”
