BMF creates Commonwealth Bank’s online simulation tool Investorville for anyone to build a property portfolio without spending a cent

Investorville helps users de-mystify the oftencomplex world of property investment, including simulating ongoing costs,without ever putting any of their own capital at risk.

The unique propertyinvestment tool combines market insights from RP Data and innovativeweb-based technology. Investorville mimics reality to provide peoplewith real-time exposure to the property market, allowing them to make moreinformed property decisions.

Investorville is aimed at existing home owners who may not realisetheir potential to invest in real estate, as well as those who already own aninvestment property. Available online, the site is designed to be as fun andengaging as it is educational and informative.
