Bega has launched a new TVC for Bega Simply Nuts peanut butter via Thinkerbell.
Bega Simply Nuts peanut butter is made with 100% Aussie peanuts and a pinch of sea salt. That’s it. Seriously. There’s nothing else to add. So, in this new work, there really isn’t a whole lot to say.

I’ll say this for Thinkerbell, they have their agency PR strategy sorted.
Nice enough ad also.
The i needs its dot.
This creative feels really under loved. First thought, didn’t know what to do with it, sold it in, made it, didn’t want to put anyones names to it.
Didn’t need to be PRed.
Just swap natural ingredients with peanuts
It’s singleminded. It’ll stand out. One of the better things to come out of Thinkerbell for mine.
Like it a lot. Farmer in a field. Funny farmer language. Gets message across very well.
Here’s one I prepared earlier.

would’ve been sharper if he didn’t say anything after “nothing else to add”
Hate the agency. Like the ad.
With one comment you’ve pretty much nailed what’s wrong with the industry in Australia.
As for the ad, I think it’s pretty good. Always tough to get things this simple done. Nice one.
Why exactly do you hate the agency?
On that, why does this agency get flung a disproportionate amount of shite?
Is it because they are doing quite well in terms of making a success of their business?
Genuine question, btw
Saw it on TV last night.
It did stop after ‘nothing else to add’
..the hell is going on with the lighting?
Acting is a bit wonky. Bet that bloke has never spent a day in the country…
I bought this product wanting to buy an Australian made peanut butter without added sugar, price point was good. Not sure why the producers have decided to change the rules of what consumers would expect a peanut butter to be (a spreadable paste), this is a gloppy and oily product, its more like a dip than a peanut butter. Its tastes good so I would give it 3 stars. Would never rebuy and I think this business has to have a look at its product. It also devalues the Bega brand, I bought because I buy Bega cheese. This is seriously a failure of a product launch and deserves to fail as a product.
haha cowboy go brr
