BCNA Field of Women event
Breast Cancer Network Australia is calling on 14,000 women and men to stand together on the hallowed turf of the MCG and create the Pink Lady silhouette for the Field of Women LIVE. This memorable image will represent the number of Australians who we expect to be diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010.
BCNA welcomes everyone – supporters, friends, and survivors – people who care.
The Field of Women LIVE is a wonderful way for the community to pay tribute to those affected by breast cancer.
Participants can register through the website www.fieldofwomenlive.org.au for $50.00, which includes:
– free admission to match
– a poncho and backpack
– free public transport within Victoria
– an opportunity to be part of this extraordinary ceremony honouring those who have been affected by breast cancer
The event will also be broadcasted on Channel 7 on the night and will be featured in the Herald Sun the next day.
100% of the Registration fee will be donated to BCNA to allow their continued support of those affected by breast cancer.
Be there Friday evening, 7 May at the MCG before the Melbourne v Western Bulldogs AFL game.
