BBDO ranked top Network in The Work 10; DDB the big improver taking the #2 spot from O&M
BBDO has been ranked the number one creative network in the Asia Pacific region, based on Acceptances in The Work 10 Annual, due for release at the end of this year.
It’s the third year in a row that BBDO has topped The Work – last year the network was equal number one with Ogilvy & Mather with 55 Acceptances apiece.
Top performers for BBDO were Colenso BBDO Auckland (27), BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Manila (9), Clemenger BBDO Wellington (7), Clemenger BBDO Melbourne and Marketforce Perth (both with 6 each).
It’s the first year that DDB has jumped up to #2 – from equal 3rd last year in The Work 09 and 5th in The Work 08. DDB’s top performers were DDB New Zealand with 11, DDB Sydney with 7, DDB Singapore and Mudra DDB Mumbai both with 6, and DDB DM9 JaymeSyfu Philippines with 5.
Ogilvy’s best performing offices were O&M Bangkok (9), O&M Mumbai (6), O&M Gurgaon and O&M Jakarta (5 each) and O&M Malaysia and O&M Shanghai (4 each).
JWT’s top performers were JWT Melbourne (7), JWT Philippines and JWT New Delhi (4 each), and JWT Mumbai, JWT Singapore and JWT Sydney with 3 each.
Eight of Leo Burnett’s total came from Leo Burnett Sydney, followed by Leo Burnett Mumbai (5) and Leo Burnett Hong Kong and Leo Burnett Bangkok with 4 each.
Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney lead the way for the Saatchi network with 14 Acceptances. ACE Saatchi & Saatchi Manila also was a major contributor with 7 Acceptances.
