Bastion Insights appoints Peter Harris to the role of chief executive officer, Sydney
Bastion Collective’s strategic market research and customer experience consultancy, Bastion Insights, has appointed Peter Harris to the role of CEO, Sydney, to drive rapid growth and expansion in the NSW market and nationally.
Harris is one of Australasia’s leading consumer and insights community experts with 25 years of experience in marketing, research and strategy planning across multiple sectors throughout Asia Pacific.
He has been pioneering customer intelligence on the agency side since 2000, guiding and growing organisations such as Potentiate, Vision Critical Asia Pacific and Colmar Brunton and supporting hundreds of customer-led brands, globally including Telstra, Adobe and Cathay Pacific.
Harris has championed the future of research and technology across his leadership roles at prominent Australian and global trade organisations, including The Research Society (TRS), Asia Pacific Research Committee (APRC) and Global Research Business Network (GRBN). Harris is also an active member and Fellow of both the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and TRS (Australia).
