Aussie expat + Ogilvy New York CCO Samira Ansari joins Copy School 2025’s star tutor line-up
							    					    Copy School has announced Aussie expat Samira Ansari, Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy’s flagship New York office, as this year’s guest lecturer.
Ansari joins the stellar line-up, making one dozen top tutors in just one week. (Would a lifetime of copywriting yield such wisdom?)
Beginning her career in Melbourne as an Art Director with Cummins & Partners and then Y&R, Ansari later relocated to Saatchi & Saatchi in Paris as Creative Director.
She then moved to New York, serving as Creative Director and Group Creative Director across several major agencies.
In 2023, Samira Ansari took over the creative leadership of Ogilvy New York as CCO.
Her extensive global experience — from Melbourne to Paris to Manhattan — and now her view from the top of Ogilvy creative, makes her a standout among Copy School’s remarkable faculty. A remarkably successful Australian, she will bring unique insights and inspiration to Copy School’s 2025 students.
Ansari will deliver her lecture via Zoom from NYC mid-week at this year’s Copy School, running 15–19 December at the State Library of New South Wales.
