He has a track record of producing quality work that cantranscend traditional advertising and incorporate digital andinteractive in a fresh, innovative manner. That 360° approach isintegral to our thinking moving forwards.”

Says Waldron: “Nick laidout a vision for M&C Saatchi that offered me an opportunity toogood to turn down. Some of the best work is coming out of this part ofthe world at the moment, so moving to New Zealand is exciting for mefrom a creative perspective. It will be a great environment to work in.”

AddsBaylis: “I like the fact that, as an American who’s lived in Asia mostof his life, Todd‘s appointment is a bit of a departure from thetypical creative director profile in New Zealand. You only need to lookat what he’s accomplished internationally to recognise that he’scapable of making a big impact on the industry here.”
