Altos Tequila appoints 2045 to lead Australian Open partnership; launches new campaign platform ‘No Quiet Please’
CB Exclusive – Altos Tequila has appointed AI-powered creative agency 2045 to lead the brand’s upcoming Australian Open partnership, marking a major moment for the tequila brand in Australia.
2045 is responsible for the strategic and creative direction of the campaign, spanning paid, earned and social activity. The campaign platform, ‘No Quiet Please’, celebrates Altos Tequila’s energy and the idea that life – and summer – are better shared, loud and full of flavour.
The campaign launches alongside the new ‘No Quiet Please’ TVC, created by 2045 and shot in Mexico with Gobe Productions, capturing the vibrancy, craft and communal spirit at the heart of Altos Tequila.
“The Australian Open is one of the best expressions of Australian summer – friends, celebration, energy,” says Maddie Jahnke, Global Communications, Content and Partnerships Director, Pernod Ricard – House of Tequila. “We wanted an agency who understands how to show up in culture in a way that feels real. 2045 lives in that world.”
2045 joins an agency village delivering the partnership, working alongside PIM, Straight Up Cocktails, and Gobe.
The activity includes Casa Altos, located on Grand Slam Oval, and a new signature Altos Match Point Paloma developed by Straight Up Cocktails and Altos co-creator Dré Masso.
The campaign will also feature Thanasi Kokkinakis and friends of the brand across a series of creator-led and on-ground moments designed to feel loud, shared and full of flavour – embodying the Altos spirit.
“Speaking as an incredible sportsman myself, I’d say sport is no longer just sport – it’s where culture happens,” says Tim Evans, Founder of 2045 and former B&F winner of the Maryborough U/16s mixed netball league. “The AO is the country’s first big social moment of the year. Altos has the right energy for that – fun, inclusive and with no ego. We’re excited to help make the Altos Match Point Paloma the drink people are raising to celebrate this summer.”
The partnership will roll out from December, ahead of tournament kick-off.
