AFL PLAY launches new ‘Footy For Me’ brand campaign for AFL Nines via alt/shift/
AFL PLAY, the AFL’s masterbrand for kids and game development has today unveiled its latest brand campaign ‘Footy For Me’ via alt/shift/, inspiring those both new and experienced around the Sherrin to get involved and enjoy the fun of footy with AFL Nines.
Footy For Me champions that AFL Nines isn’t a game for everybody – it’s a game for you, encouraging participants to play their way, with a modified format that fits into everyday lives.
With shorter matches, a tackle-free format, and a fun, social atmosphere, Footy For Me shows how everyone can get involved – from those who used to love playing footy and want a version that fits their busy schedules, to people who’ve never played before and are just looking for something new to try with friends.
Footy For Me officially launches today, Monday 18 August and will run across a 10-week period with multiple touch points to reach a national audience.
The campaign will feature a mix of paid media and organic content, including out-of-home (OOH) placements with an emphasis on radio, a television commercial (TVC) to run in official AFL broadcast, digital marketing and a strong presence across AFL PLAY’s owned social media channels.
