Adobe appoints Omnicom as global agency of record for enterprise marketing

Global Brief – Adobe has appointed Omnicom as its global agency of record for marketing its Digital Experience (DX) and other enterprise solutions, with the partnership kicking off this month.

 

Omnicom will work closely with Adobe’s Enterprise Marketing team to develop and execute campaigns targeting enterprise accounts. The agency will provide strategic support across campaign development, customer journey mapping, messaging, personalisation, and media engagement. It will also handle the creation and global rollout of Adobe’s core content, promotional assets, and high-value offers, while supporting key events like Adobe Summit.

To service the account, Omnicom will establish integrated teams using a flexible model designed to ensure the best talent and capabilities lead the engagement. The remit will include precision marketing, production, and strategic consulting, with the scope to expand as needed.
