Red Rooster celebrates ‘Heroes of Hunger’ in new campaign for the Mega Rippa via 303Lowe
Red Rooster is celebrating the “Heroes of Hunger” in a campaign for the new Mega
Rippa, created by 303Lowe.
The campaign introduces Red Rooster’s new Mega Rippa, featuring double crunch chicken strips and available in three flavours: BLT, Classic Herb Mayo and Bacon & Cheese.
The tongue-in-cheek campaign introduces Red Rooster’s “Heroes of Hunger”: the hardworking
Aussies we all know and love, like the IT Guy and the Used Car Salesman, who work up a real hunger by avoiding hard work.
Says Richard Morgan, executive creative director at 303Lowe Sydney: “We all know that the
office would come to a standstill without the tireless efforts of the IT Department. Red
Rooster is the brand that’s brave enough to stand up for and celebrate the unsung
heroes that keep our country ticking. Rooster’s hunger is to satisfy theirs.”
The campaign includes TV, radio, print POS, social media and online advertising. It launched Sunday 1st September.

This would make a great campaign for Budweiser Light if it was called Real Men of Genius and had been running for the past fifteen years.
