Tesselaar Tulip Festival appoints Evergreen to handle media and social media campaign

IMG_0795.jpgEvergreen Advertising has been appointed to handle the media and social media campaign for the 2012 Tesselaar Tulip Festival, which kicks off today, 13 September. Mitchell & Partners previously held the account.
