tmg.jpgComposer/producers Ian Parkinson (left) and Clive Young (right) have joined forces and set up shop back home in Melbourne after nearly 20 years overseas.

As one of the lead-writers for the world’s biggest radio imaging company, Reelworld and albums for various international artists and Idol winners, Young decided it was time to quit living out of a suitcase and focus on bringing his talents back home.

Meanwhile, working in Asia on some of the region’s biggest TVC campaigns, documentaries, and tourism campaigns, Parkinson liked the sound of beaches, BBQs and AFL rather than living in a shoebox in the sky in Hong Kong.

After developing their respective sounds on opposite sides of the planet they decided to unite to create something quite unique in local film and TV. TMG are also really excited about their new online music service called Sync About It.

Says TMG: “We thought rather than create your bog standard music library, why not filter it down to a few hundred killer no fillers, modernise and meta tag them with searchable product and mood information and have it all online for clients to use. This provides our clients a launchpad where we can then customise a track to their liking, saving huge amount of time and effort”.
