Fortune Cookie founder and CEO Justin Cooke (pictured) will join Possible as CEO, UK.

The deal boosts Possible Worldwide’s existing presence in the UK market and augments the firm’s Eastern European operations in Russia, Hungary, Romania and Serbia with a major new office in Poland. Headquartered in Katowice, the Polish office enhances Possible’s positioning as the largest and fastest growing global digital agency in Eastern Europe. The acquisition also brings new office locations in Sydney and Melbourne, Australia.

Since founding Fortune Cookie in 1997, CEO Cooke has steadily grown the firm into a digital powerhouse, creating meaningful and measurable work across all digital channels and platforms for clients including Canon, AEGON, NetJets, BP, UEFA, National Rail Enquiries and Legal & General.  Cooke, who serves as Chairman of the British Interactive Media Association, was recognized as one of the UK’s most influential digital figures by Wired Magazine in its Wired 100 2012 survey of Britain’s top digital power-brokers.  Also in 2012, Cooke was voted ‘most influential person’ in UK digital by his peers in New Media Age.

“Possible Worldwide is a global agency who knows that creating remarkable digital experiences for brands begins with amazing people,” said Justin Cooke, CEO of Fortune Cookie. “At the core of developing great solutions for clients is cultivating an atmosphere around brilliant people – a philosophy we share, and we are quite proud to now call ourselves Possible Worldwide.”

In addition to its London office, Fortune Cookie has locations in New York, Sydney, Melbourne, Amsterdam and Katowice, Poland.  The Fortune Cookie acquisition brings the total agency headcount to approximately 1,500 staff across 26 offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
