Canal + ‘Bear’ takes out Cannes Film Craft Grand Prix for Soixante Quinze Paris; Exit Films wins a Silver Lion and three Bronze Lions for Australia
Canal + ‘Bear’, produced by Soixante Quinze for BETC Paris has taken out the coveted Cannes Film Craft Grand Prix, awarded tonight at the Palais de Festivals.
Exit Films Melbourne had an exceptional year, scoring one Silver Lion and two Bronze Lions for Tooheys Extra Dry ‘Nocturnal Migration‘ and a Bronze Lion for VW ‘Jetta’.
Finch Sydney won a Bronze for New Zealand Transport Agency ‘Flying Objects’, and The Sweet Shop won a Bronze Lion for Melbourne International Film Festival ‘Potato Peelers’.
Special Group, Auckland won a Bronze Lion for CAANZ Axis Award Show Opening Film ‘The most creative country in the world’.
Only 56 Lions were presented on the night.
