The new planning department covers group companies TBWA, Tequila, Integer, Eleven PR and the newly formed Disruption Consultancy.

Says Paul Mayes, executive planning director: “Weʼve just formalised in structure what weʼve been doing in reality for some time now.”

Says Mayes: “For instance it seems wrong to hang labels like digital or advertising on a planner, when weʼre all dealing with the same consumer, and we operate within the context of shopper marketing and PR as much as Social Networking and TV advertising. We want our complementary skill sets collaborating to the benefit of each of our clients.”

The agency has welcomed back Jacqueline Wang (pictured left) from maternity leave to take up the role of planning director with Lorenzo Bresciani deciding to move on.

Says Mark Watkin, Whybin\TBWA MD: “Itʼs great to have Jacqueline back, sheʼs been missed and she has always played an integral part of planning leadership across the business. Lorenzo has contributed much in his short time with us and we wish him all the best”.
