Melbourne’s Highpoint shopping centre appoints Paper Stone Scissors following four way pitch
Highpoint Shopping Centre has appointed Melbourne-based agency Paper Stone Scissors as its new creative partner.
The appointment of Paper Stone Scissors comes as Highpoint continues its $300 million development which will see it become home to the west’s first David Jones department store, approximately 100 additional specialty stores, Woolworths and a new fresh food market, adding to the centre’s existing 400 retailers.
Following a competitive pitch process involving three other agencies, Highpoint has tasked Paper Stone Scissors with rolling out its new brand direction ahead of the centre’s launch in the last quarter of 2012.
A full service agency, Paper Stone Scissors will be working on Highpoint’s creative executions across digital, print and in-centre. The agency will commence work in March 2012 and unveil Highpoint’s new brand execution in late 2012.
Says Highpoint Shopping Centre general manager Craig Osborne: “We are delighted to have Paper Stone Scissors on board to launch our new brand in the lead up to unveiling Highpoint’s new development.”
Paper Stone Scissors creative director Andrew Majnzer says: “We are thrilled to be appointed to work with the Highpoint team on all aspects of the brand. When we first received the brief for the pitch, we were excited about the clear, ownable position created tor Highpoint and were instantly inspired to bring this to life. Paper Stone Scissors have been appointed at a very exciting time for Highpoint.”
