The National Grid Design Distillery launches new Sydney illustration agency – The Drawing Arm

Directors, Simon Barrett and Lara Allport have spent the last decade establishing and developing The National Grid as a multidisciplinary design agency and gallery space.

Says Allport: “We have met so many talented illustrators and designed for such a huge range of clients over the years. It seemed like the logical progression to connect these illustrators with new and potential clients and form our very own illustration agency.”

winnel2.jpgThe Drawing Arm represents a collective of hand-picked, top-notch, super-impressive contemporary illustrators from Australia and beyond.

The stellar line up includes Ben Brown, Edwina Buckley, Brandon Els, Georgia Hill, Jeremy Lord, Lara Allport, Ryan Hanrahan, Luke Morrell, Donn Pattenden, Marty Schneider, Stuart Smythe, Mia Taninaka, Kareena Zerefos, Bec Winnel (an example of her work is featured above), Numskull, Andrew Fairclough and more to be announced soon.

These illustrators aren’t new to commercial work.
